Dajac, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Jim Cauley to our staff as a Business Development Engineer. His primary role will be to forge new relationships and grow existing relationships, but he will also be involved in customer support and project management.

Jim has over 20 years experience in engineering, business development and customer support. He began his career hands-on in the Engineering Development Laboratory at Honeywell Aerospace building, testing and troubleshooting electronic fuel control prototypes. This required both electrical and mechanical aptitude as development boards were then “built from scratch” including transformer winding, heat sink application, and mil spec soldering of all components.

Later, as a Customer Support Engineer, Jim was the main technical contact for the assembly division of Diversified Systems, an electronics contract manufacturer and printed circuit board company. Here he teamed with customers to understand their product functionality and ensure quality circuit board builds and accurate testing. He also supported Project Management, Business Development and Purchasing as a technical liaison.

More recently, Jim worked at Arrow Electronics as a Field Applications Engineer consulting and presenting new semiconductor technology and development tool solutions. He provided technical support while serving an extensive customer base that included Indiana and Western Kentucky.

Jim is married with one son and lives in Westfield. He enjoys coaching youth soccer, playing acoustic guitar and cooking.

You can reach Jim at 317-608-0500 x115 or jim.cauley@dajac.com.
