November 19th, 2014

cutoffs

Pictured: Not what we mean.

IntelliAim 5.23 introduces 2 new tasks for performing analysis of a cutoff: Cutoff Linearity and Cutoff Sharpness.

Cutoff Linearity provides a method for testing the amount of variation of a cutoff across the cutoff’s horizontal span. This test can be used to determine if a cutoff is wavy or tilted, and whether it is within an acceptable vertical range.

Cutoff Sharpness analyzes the sharpness of the cutoff by inspecting various aspects of its gradient.

October 28th, 2014

New IntelliAim release.

New IntelliAim release.

In our never-ending quest to increase IntelliAim’s versatility, we’ve added a pattern matching feature to our aiming software. Now our users can use a saved image to define a model, and then have IntelliAim search for that model within a headlight beam image.

When IntelliAim finds a symbol in a supported field, it replaces the symbol’s name with the symbol’s value. IntelliAim users can define their own symbols, or use any of the IntelliAim defined symbols. Symbols can even contain mathematical expressions.

For most people, Office would be the last tool they would consider for PC based automation, but in some cases it might be the best. For example, you could easily log data to an Excel spreadsheet or Access database as you collect it and once it’s in these applications, it’s simple to manipulate, plot and report the data.

The Ultimate Smart Grid

The Ultimate Smart Grid
